Notice Inviting Tenders

Institute of Hotel Management, Badkhal Lake Crossing, Faridabad, invites Sealed Tenders from reputed  agencies for the supply of the following items for the period of one year, i.e., 06.07.2026 to 05.07.2027 on a two-bid system, i.e. Technical Bid & Financial Bid:

1. Supply of Provisional items
2. Supply of Vegetables & Fruits
3. Supply of Milk & Dairy Products
4. Supply of Meat Products
5. Supply of Stationery Items

One Tender form shall be applicable only for the bid of one of the above items. In case of binding for more than one item, separate tender forms shall be filled.

Submit sealed tenders along with the cost of tender amounting to Rs. 500/- & earnest money in the form of a Demand Draft in favour of the Institute of Hotel Management payable at Faridabad. The last date for submission of tender is 30.06.2026 upto 11:00 A.M.

The bidders will submit the offer under the Two Bid System, i.e. Technical Bid and Financial Bid as per the Performa at Part A & B in two separate sealed envelopes. Packet ‘1’ marked technical Bid shall have Tender Form & Part – ‘A’ duly signed, earnest money deposit in the form of a demand draft. Packet ‘2’ marked financial Bid shall have Part ‘B’ duly filled with the rates of respective items. Both are sealed envelopes, i.e. Packet 1 and Packet 2 shall be kept in a separate, bigger-sized sealed packet. Technical Bids (Packet 1) will be opened on 30.06.2026 at 11:00 A.M in the Institute of Hotel Management, Badkhal Lake Crossing, Faridabad. However, Financial Bids (Packet 2) will be opened only for those bidders who are approved by the competent authority, on the same day, i.e. 30.06.2026 at 11:30 A.M. The Principal of the Institute reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason. The Tender may be accepted in whole or in part without assigning any reason.
