In pursuance of Section 5(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 the following Officers of Institute of Hotel Management, Faridabad are designated as State Public Information Officer & Appellate Authority as under:

The State Public Information Officer shall deal with requests from persons seeking information and render reasonable assistance to the persons seeking such information. The State Public Information Officer may seek the assistance of any other officer as may be considered necessary for the proper discharge of duties. Any officer, whose assistance has been sought under the above mentioned Act, shall render all assistance to the State Public Information Officer and for the purposes of any contravention of the provisions of this Act, such other officer shall be treated as State Public Information Officer under Section 5(5) of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
